
The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (I-EA-T) is a state enterprise of the Ministry of Industry responsible for the development and establishment of industrial estates. It ensures that the area is allocated for industrial factories to be situated together in a systematic and organized manner. It also acts as the government’s arm in expanding the coverage of the industrial sector development to all regions of the country. This consists of industrial estates IEAT manages itself and those it jointly manages with Bangpa-in Industrial Estate. Located in Ayutthaya province, this industrial estate was first created and developed in 1989 in accordance with the corresponding joint development agreement. The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (I-EA-T) and Bangpa-in Land Development Co., Ltd. (BLDC) have the following roles and responsibilities:

Companies located in the free industrial zone receive tax benefits under the free-zone scheme and are facilitated by the Customs Service Sub-Division 2, Ayutthaya Custom Service Division
