Background and History

Bangpa-in Industrial Estate in the province of Ayudhaya was established in 1989 by Bangpa-in Land Development Co.,Ltd. (BLDC), herein referred to as “the Company“. The Company entered into an agreement to jointly carry out the Bangpa-in Industrial Estate project with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT). Bangpa-in Industrial Estate covers the land area approximately total 2000 rai in Bangpa-in District and Bang kra San District, Ayudhaya, generate land allocation for General industrial zone, Free zone and Commercial and residential zone.

Bangpa-in Industrial Estate has fully public utilities including Electricity is handled by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) and Bangpa-in Cogeneration Company Limited. The water supply is managed by TTW Public Company Limited (TTW) and Waste Incinerators Is managed by BLDC.

Bangpa-in Industrial Estate is certified for ECO Industrial Estate’s standard as "Eco-Excellence"
